Zarnigar Official – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or materially different item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unstitched, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items that have been stitched, altered, washed, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

For approved returns due to our error or a defective product, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective due to our error.

For orders placed using Advance Payment + Remaining Cash on Delivery, any refund relating to an advance payment will be reviewed according to the order status and circumstances.
