Zarnigar Official – Terms of Service

By using our website and placing an order with Zarnigar Official, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products
We sell stitched and unstitched Eastern wear and related fashion products. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, embroidery and details accurately. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings.

2. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice.

3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed after the required order verification and, where applicable, advance payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to stock availability, incorrect information, suspected fraud or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Advance Payment & Cash on Delivery
For selected orders, Zarnigar Official may require a 10–30% advance payment before processing or dispatch. The remaining balance is payable on delivery. Our team will contact the customer with the exact advance amount and payment instructions.

5. Shipping
We currently deliver across Pakistan. Standard shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are also explained in our Shipping Policy. Courier delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our published Return & Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

7. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Zarnigar Official is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, exchange or refund where applicable.

9. Website Use
You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, copy our content for commercial purposes without permission, or use our services for unlawful activities.

10. Intellectual Property
The Zarnigar Official name, branding, website content and original materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
